Connection to FMHmedical.com website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the following provisions.

1 - Ownership

The current website (hereafter, "Site"), accessible at the URL address www.FMHmedical.com as well as its sub-domains, is the property of FMH Medical & Health (hereafter, “FMH"), registered in Taipei, Taiwan. 2 - Site Content - Reproduction

Site content (hereafter, "Content") means the general structure of the Site, its URL, the name of the corresponding domain, the Site's graphics, its constituent texts, still and animated images and sounds, the trademarks and logos of FMH.

Any partial or total reproduction of the Site or its Content by whatever means without the express prior authorization of FMH contravenes Taiwan’s Trademark Law and Patent Law.

The same applies to the extraction and/or partial or total use of any databases found on the Site. These are the property of FMH, their creator, and as such are protected by the provisions of same laws.

3 - User License

By virtue of connecting to the Site, the internet user who visits the Site (hereafter, "Visitor") acknowledges having accepted from FMH a user license strictly limited by the following binding conditions:

- the license is not exclusive;
- the user rights granted to the Visitor are personal and private, which means that any reproduction of the Site Content on any type of device for collective or professional use, even for internal company use, is prohibited. The same applies to the electronic transfer of Content, even by company intranet or extranet;
- user rights only include authorization to save for display on a single-workstation screen and to make a copy to save and/or print;
- Site pages can in no case be included on or embedded in the pages of another website. Violation of these provisions subjects the offender to sanctions as determined by Taiwan law.

Brand names and logos present on the Site are the registered trademarks of FMH and its partners. Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks and logos without the express consent of their registered owners is strictly forbidden.

The FMH trademark is registered with the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office.

The insertion in a website or on personal pages of a hypertext link (hereinafter “Link”) leading to the Site is authorized. The insertion of Links should under no circumstances be used in any context which is liable to harm FMH. FMH reserves the right to request the deletion of a Link from a third-party site. Links to other internet resources inserted on the Site in no way engage the responsibility of FMH with respect to their content. FMH can propose links from its site to other affiliated or non-affiliated sites. These sites are independent. FMH does not create or control these sites. A link to a site in no case constitutes approval or a partnership between FMH and the site. FMH cannot be held responsible for the content, products, advertising or any elements or services present on such sites. Please note that affiliated or non-affiliated sites are subject to their own conditions of use and protection of personal data.
